Delivery Service
We use Evri’s 2–4 day delivery service, which includes signature on delivery and photo confirmation.

Shipping Rates (UK Only)
Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order:

• Under 1kg – £3.99

• 1kg to 2kg – £5.99

• 2kg to 5kg – £7.99

• 5kg to 10kg – £7.99

• 10kg to 15kg – £10.99

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment.

Delivery Area
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

Dispatch & Delivery Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. Most orders arrive within 3–6 working days from purchase.

Delivery Notes
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Someone may need to be available to sign for the parcel. If no one is available, Evri may attempt redelivery or leave further instructions.
