• Have damaged, missing, or replacement packaging

• Not include original boxes or non-essential accessories unless stated

• Show minor cosmetic marks, scratches, or signs of previous use or handling
  • By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and accept their condition as described
   

3. Product Grading System
• Grade A: Excellent condition, minimal or no signs of use, may not include original packaging
• Grade B: Good condition, light cosmetic marks or wear, fully functional
• Grade C: Fair condition, visible cosmetic wear, marks, or scratches, fully functional
• All grades are fully tested and working unless otherwise stated
 

4. Pricing and Payment
• All prices are in GBP (£)
• Prices may change without notice
• Full payment is required before dispatch
 

5. Orders
• Order confirmation is sent via email
• We may cancel orders due to stock issues or pricing errors
• Cancelled orders will be fully refunded
 

6. Delivery
• UK delivery only
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
• We are not responsible for courier delays
 

7. Consumer Rights (Distance Selling Regulations)
• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods

• We recommend using a tracked and insured service
• Returns that arrive damaged due to poor packaging may be refused or subject to a reduced refund

• Returns based on these factors may result in a reduced refund if the item has been used or altered
