• Items must be securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
   

Return Costs

• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

• We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
   

Condition of Returns

• Any items received back that are damaged due to poor packaging may be refused or subject to a reduced refund.
